One of the things I absolutely love about living near Deep Creek Lake, Maryland is the chance to witness families reconnecting from all corners of the country. Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful family reunion, where cousins who hadn’t seen each other in years came together.

I love the gentle, wispy grass that blankets the backside of Wisp Mountain. It’s one of those special spots that captures the essence of natural beauty and tranquility. Over the past few years, this area has blossomed into a vibrant hub for vacationers, with a brand new neighborhood of vacation rentals and condos sprouting up
